Is Organic Social Media Marketing Dead?
Not quite, but things are definitely a bit different these days.
Organic reach is basically non-existent (so, no, it's not your content, it's actually really hard to get traction with organic content)
Paid social is now the focus for most (really, all) social media platforms
Platforms cracking down on clickbait and spam due to AI-generated content. This means if your content reads as "business as usual" you'll likely not stand out, and you won't see much engagement
Focus on family and friends, move away from organic business promo (connected to push for paid social media ads for businesses)

So what does this mean for you?
It means unless you’re comfortable being in the middle of the pack, and being outmaneuvered by your competition, you'll stop solely relying on organic social media to get leads for your B2B business.
I want to be clear that I'm not telling you that social media is dead. I'm telling you that in order to get the most out of social media marketing (yes, even LinkedIn), you will have to combine it with some other "anti-social" marketing efforts.
Where To Start
Before I get started on the different channels you can use to market your business outside of social media, let's start with the basics.
Your homework for the next couple of weeks is to write down your story.
Let me give you a few questions you can ask yourself to get started:
Who are you, and how does what you do connect to your personal story?
How does what you do help your ideal clients with a seriously urgent need?
How can what you offer change the world?
Where do you see your business in 5, 10, 20 years in terms of impact?
Answer these questions, and the next few emails will help you get prepared to become an "Anti-social Content" marketing pro.
But, what if you're not sure where to start to even answer these questions? I would love to give you my two cents, and help guide you to a better understanding of your message. Let's chat.
